What defines the identity of a place? A unique combination of time, space and action. Wels is a town developed from and because of the river Traun. Today, for certain reasons, it looks like the town looses the connection with its ``mother``. Bringing back the original identity of the town, is the goal of this project. The key to achieve this goal is to redesign the area of the Fairy Wels, which is in between the old town and the river.
