Today's ever dynamic competitive construction industry is creating urge for different collaborative strategy. The collaborative needs are examined in this research with the focus on the question how to establish intensified collaborations such as a partnership agreement. Previous researches has consistently shown that partnering strategies creates synergies that outperform those that are not. This research examined the method on how to establish this partnering strategy and which distinctive relational values are experienced in the market by performing a qualitative research. The qualitative data is gathered from a total of 17 firms all active in the Dutch construction industry.
