The main aim of this work is to give an insight into the activity profile of a surfer during one hour of recreational surfing. While ´Theoretical Part- I and -II´ provide the reader with the necessary background information needed to understand this paper’s underlying thesis, ´Experimental Part- III´ is dedicated to the study conducted on ´Activity Profiling during 1h of Recreational Surfing´. Therefore, this paper intends to shed light on the physiological demands put on surfers during one hour of recreational surfing.
