The present thesis focuses on different queer individuals’ personal experiences, and argues that their social development is emblematic of what can be recognized as an “intertopian navigation”: a physical and mental migration from dystopian realities and utopian desires to heterotopias. In order to illustrate this concept, autobiographies, in which queer individuals present episodes of their lives, are examined.
